Communicate With Them In Their Preferred Style
Have you asked them how they prefer you communicate with them? There is paper, email, text and tenant portal options these days.
If you are wanting open, honest communication, you might consider anonymous forms. This will give you and your rental team accurate responses.
We like to ask such things like:
- Which amenities are your favorites?
- What could we do to add, change or remove to make this feel more like home?
- Do you feel valued and appreciated by our team?
- How would you rate overall safety and security?
- Is the maintenance staff responsive and efficient?
