Corey was very understanding of our problem. He was very quick at getting our house peyments out of our hair so we could live our life worry free & not rick the chance of foreclosure. I have high respect for the company and what they do. Thanks again.

I contacted them beause I wanted to sell my home quickly. Corey Taylor and his partner were very helpful and knew exactly how to handle all the details. They were also better than I could've anticipated in helping me to transition out of my house and move. I think I definitely made the best possible choice in dealing with them.
What could have been done to improve our service?:
Nothing. As far as my situation goes, it was as smooth as possible.

Having the ability to concentrate on other things while the details were handled, and the personal attention I was given.

Mr. Taylor was very fair and honest with us. I feel we got a fair price for our house, and the whole process was as painless as he could make it. I do not regret not listing it and trying to get more money for even an instant!

I can think of nothing that could have been handled any better than it was.

Mr Taylor handled all of the details that I really didn't want to, and did a fine job. I got exactly what I wanted, pretty much how and when I wanted it. What's not to like?

I could not have found a better way to sell my home! It was done in a timely fashion- very fast! The negotiation process went very smooth. There was no problem that they would not not work through. They conducted the whole process with professionalism and courtesy. I would do business with them again!

I was not satisfied with the closing agent. (We have since changed closing agents)

Corey seemed like he would go "above and beyond" and did. He made the whole situation run smoothly!

I only had about two weeks to sell my house and move. They were very helpful with information about the process and the limited time I had to work with. They had all of my paperwork done and ready to be signed in under two weeks, and made the whole process very easy to understand. Even after I had moved they kept in touch with me about every detail and were quick to respond to any questions that I had. Overall they made the whole process very pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

At no time was I unhappy with the serivce that I received.

How helpful Mr. Taylor was when I had questions and the speed that he replied.

I can't speak highly enough about Corey Taylor and his team. Although I was in a bad financial situation, Corey made a situation I thought was hopeless - workable. He treated me with respect and dignity while explaining my options. He treated me more as a friend than a client. I truly feel this company is outstanding. Never once did I feel pressured or did I regret selling my home to his team. I highly recommend his services! I researched a few other companies before settling with Corey Taylor. Not one of the other companies came close.

Dear Keith:
Thank you for the stress free and non complicated selling of my home in Ruther Glen, Virginia. Before I contacted your company, I put my home on the market through a real estate agent and decided after a month that was not what I wanted or needed at the time. There are so many thing involved with the selling of a home that I did not have the time to spare. I was a little skeptical at first by literally representing and selling my home myself, but after speaking with you, it was sense of relief I felt and decided that it was worth a try. Well it turned out. I definitely made the right choice and had I known prior to listing my home with an agent, there is no doubt. I would not have wasted thirty days to sell my home.
I highly recommend anyone who is not looking to spend X amount of time that they do not have to try your company before spending commission fees and becoming stressed out over the selling when it can and will be done smoother and satisfactory to their needs with Picket Fence Properties they'll certainly appreciate all the hassles they did not have to encounter. Picket Fence Properties literally saved me from financial ruin. A very rough separation and divorce left me unable to maintain the family home. Keith and Corey came by in less than 24 hours after I made the call. The very next day they made an offer. I explained to them that I needed to sell my house for more in order to pay off my mortgage, make a sizable down payment on another house and moving expenses. Keith was most understanding and, withing a day or two, made me an offer that was actually above the minimum I needed.
They were great. They really did take the house "as is", which made my moving out very easy. They even agreed to dispose of items I didn't want or need. When I was less than half way through cleaning up a very, very messy house, I was told I didn't have to complete the cleaning thus saving me hours of work.
Thanks to Keith and Corey, in less than 2 months, I was able to buy a house and be with my sick husband full time and give his mother a much needed rest. They are "good people".
